Siemens Annual Shareholders‘ Meeting 2020 – Yes We did it!
The Siemens Annual General Meeting takes place every year. We from TRUST Promotion were also there, as in previous years. This year, 141 people from our agency were on duty. The range of tasks was extensive. All participants found their way well and ensured a smooth event.
Various tasks for the TRUST Promotion Team
Our staff was able to enjoy a variety of tasks. Among other things, our employees were responsible for the admission control. There were also staff members on site for the coordination with the shareholders.
Our goal (as with every project) was to ensure that all tasks were completed to our satisfaction on the main day. For this reason, there was also a detailed briefing in advance. This way our staff was well prepared for the upcoming event. Everything worked perfectly, which was to be expected. We can rely on our staff.
A very big thank you to the team
Once again, we would like to thank our team for the successful event. It would not have been like this without the enthusiastic and good-humored team. All people were in a good mood and mastered all tasks reliably.
Since they did a great job again this year, we hope that we will be able to support the Siemens Annual General Meeting again next year.
