The new Temporary Employment Act has been in force since 1 April 2017. Trade fair hostesses, promoters, event staff and service personnel must be employed and insured as employees.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The billing of personnel on a trade licence now means = BLACK WORK<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As the client, you are jointly responsible for ensuring that the agency you commission employs the temporary staff you have hired out to you in a legally compliant manner and is also in possession of a temporary employment licence. Being jointly responsible as the client means being jointly liable for the social security contributions to be paid (also retroactively) in the event of an audit by the social security authorities. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
