What is it all about?

In cooperation with the Studieninstitut für Kommunikation in Berlin, we offer you an interesting training course to become an event manager IHK.

Over a period of 30 months, you will get to know our HR and project area intensively. You will pass through various stations in the areas of personnel (external), marketing, accounting and sales.

From April or September 2024, preceded by an internship (by arrangement)

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for you if you enjoy interacting with people, think in a structured way and keep a calm head even in hectic moments. You have a talent for organization and know that events often don't take place from Monday to Friday 9 to 5, but sometimes require weekend or evening work.

If you are fit on a Mac and don't see problems but creative challenges, have a good command of written and spoken English, think not only with but also ahead, then you are almost a Trusty!

That's what makes you special:

• Completed (technical) high school diploma (nice, but not a MUST)
• Commercial experience is an advantage, but not a MUST, career changers are also welcome
• very communicative, organizational talent, commitment, positive presence & appearance
• know how to deal with people, have sensitivity and the right intuition
• good knowledge of English 
• excellent spoken, written and formal German
• Good IT skills (Apple iOS experience desirable, but not a MUST)

Your tasks:

• Project support, information management (national/international)
• Staff recruitment/planning/provision (hostesses, promoters, helping hands, service staff)
• Coordination of product requirements with external suppliers
• Support in the organization and implementation of castings and training courses
• Handling and logistics of promotional and event equipment
• Database maintenance
• Administrative support for the project team

Remuneration during training

• from 800€ per month in the 1st year of apprenticeship

The location for the training is Munich (TRUST Promotion GmbH, Schleißheimer Str. 156, 80979 Munich) - TRUST Promotion with locations in Munich and Berlin provides personnel for trade fairs, congresses and events as well as for roadshows in the field of promotion.
