Daimler company employee business - Test drive management

Ssince 2005 is TRUST Promotion Contractual partner of the Daimler AG. Many great events, promotions and more have already been organised together.

From February to March 2019 our hosts and hostesses were once again approx. 200 man-days in action. This time for the area of Company employee business as test drive manager.
At five locations (Berlin, Munich, Bremen, Stuttgart, Sindelfingen), company employees were able to test drive and test the cars.

The hosts and hostesses took on the following tasks:

• Personal arrangement of test drive appointments
• Documentation of appointments in a provided system
• Printing, checking and filing of test drive contracts
• Verification of driving licence and written documentation
• Administrative and technical briefing on test drive and vehicle
• Handover of the test drive vehicles to the customer
• Return and inspection of visible damage to the test drive vehicle, written documentation of the journey and any damage
• Forwarding the customer to the client
• Preparation of exhibition vehicles and ensuring the cleanliness and roadworthiness (tank contents, snow, ice) of the test drive vehicles at the client's expense
• Distribution and refilling of information material and giveaways in the test drive counter/office area.
• Addressing interested parties with reference to the current product and test drive offer.
