Hahnenkamm Race 2023 in Kitzbühel: An impressive experience with TRUST Promotion

Das Hahnenkamm-Rennen in Kitzbühel gehört zu den prestigeträchtigsten Skirennen weltweit. Jahr für Jahr strömen Athleten, Fans und Prominente in das malerische Tiroler Städtchen, um Teil dieses sportlichen Spektakels zu sein. Doch im Hintergrund sorgen Teams wie TRUST Promotion ensures that everything runs smoothly and that the invited guests enjoy first-class service.

From 19 to 22 January 2023, TRUST Promotion once again had the honour of being part of the 83rd Hahnenkamm Race. We were responsible for welcoming and accrediting guests, the information counter, general guest care, cloakroom and signposting. At such an event, it is extremely important that everyone in the team knows their role and that everything runs perfectly. Our hosts and hostesses are the direct line to the guests and ensure a positive first impression.

At the information counter, our staff answered questions, helped to organise shuttle bookings between the event's various locations and were available to answer any queries. Smooth transport between the various venues was essential for the invited guests to make the most of the event. Event to enjoy it to the full.

The wardrobe, often underestimated, plays a crucial role in such a winter event. Our hostesses made sure that the guests' clothes were stored safely and were quickly accessible again after the event.

Route guidance was also one of our main tasks. At such a large event, the routes can sometimes be confusing. Our team members stood at strategically important points to show the guests the right way.

TRUST Promotion knows how important it is to Personnel to be treated well. Therefore, not only were the clothes provided, but also at least six hours of work per day - even if the actual assignment was shorter. Travel and accommodation, including meals, were organised for our employees. And if someone wanted to leave on their own, the costs were covered.

The collaboration between the skiers on the "Streif" and the TRUST team Promotion on the fringes of the action was a prime example of how passion, professionalism and Teamwork can contribute to an unforgettable experience. Our hosts and hostesses not only contributed to the smooth organisation, but also set the standard in terms of hospitality.

The 83rd Hahnenkamm Race 2023 was not only an unforgettable experience for the athletes, but also for us. We are proud to have been a part of this legendary event and look forward to many more years in Kitzbühel.
