What is quality management?

The Quality management deals with the quality optimization of a company's products and services. It involves all areas and the functions of the employees.

What exactly does quality management achieve?

Quality management shows how quality is produced in a company. An optimally designed quality management system is the core of every QM department. This means a good collection of the following things:

  • Rules
  • Processes
  • Responsibility

These factors must be well coordinated and describe the measures through which quality is created in companies. There are other tasks that arise in a QM department, but these depend on the company role. These are divided into responsibilities in the following areas:

  • Product and service quality
  • Process management

The QM department in the area of product and service quality provides appropriate resources for the implementation of trade fairs and events, among other things, which promoters and hostesses/hosts can use for their work. in a short-term mini-job need.
