November 2023 was dominated by a major sporting event that thrilled fans of American football. TRUST Promotion had the honour of playing on two spectacular match days - on 05 and 12 November - to play an active role. Our client, a leading sports marketing agency, commissioned us to support one of the world's biggest football events, which took place in Germany.

A team of 40 professionals for unforgettable match days On each day of the event, TRUST Promotion provided 20 promoters and 20 hostesses and hosts who played a key role in the success of the event. The atmosphere in the stadiums was electric and our teams were instrumental in creating this unique experience for the visitors.

Promoter: Master in the sale of fan merchandise Our promoters were responsible for selling merchandise, a task that required not only sales talent but also a deep understanding of the fans' passion. They rose to the challenge with flying colours, manning the card-only tills and ensuring a smooth and efficient sales process.

Hostesses and hosts: The friendly face of the event Our hostesses and hosts were the first smile and friendly welcome that greeted guests. They took on important tasks such as signposting, accreditation and providing general support to ensure that every visitor felt welcome and well orientated. Their professionalism and friendly demeanour contributed significantly to the positive atmosphere and success of the event.
