Last year’s IAA Mobility was the major event of the trade show and event industry: the world’s largest automotive trade show was held in Munich for the first time and was also the first major trade show since the Corona pandemic began.
Promoters, organizers and visitors alike were looking forward to the ultimate event in the automotive industry. Due to the strict hygiene measures, however, the preparations were also a real challenge for everyone involved – which was mastered brilliantly and made the IAA an absolute success!
With our agency, we were allowed to be on duty with our personnel for a total of 9 different top customers and provided over 375 people in the period from 01.09. to 12.09.2021.
Among our customers we may count:

- Ford: as service partner assigned by the agency Imagination

For all clients we had among others multilingual hostesses and hosts, dedicated and experienced promoters and charming guides. In addition, TRUST staff provided test drive support and also expert advice to the various customers. And our logisticians and helping hands actively assisted with set-up, conversion and dismantling before, during and after the event.
Among the many tasks at the show itself and at the Open Spaces that were set up throughout the downtown area were booth support and answering questions, directing guests along the way, taking care of the vehicles and test tracks, assisting guests at various exclusive evening events, issuing visitor passes, registering customers and giving tours to visitors at the individual exhibition booths. In addition, our staff was on duty at the information booths, answering all visitors‘ questions about the trade show and solving small and large problems with ease at all times. In addition, there were representative tasks, the distribution of gifts and give-aways, as well as their packaging and the coordination at the stands.
We would like to take this opportunity to thank our customers and partner agencies in particular for commissioning us and placing their trust in us: the IAA 2021 was an incomparable experience for us as an agency, and the great cooperation and excellent joint preparation gave us great pleasure!
