IKEA Midsommar 2019 with TRUST promotion

Alle Jahre wieder gibt es das IKEA Midsommar Event with music, dancing and entertainment. There was a lot going on in the Swedish company's four stores in Berlin on Saturday at the 5th IKEA MIDSOMMAR event. The event on 22 June 2019 was well received by visitors in Tempelhof, Spandau, Lichtenberg and Waltersdorf despite high temperatures of over 30 degrees. Over 25 promoters & hostesses from TRUST Promotionthe reliable provider in this area, contributed to a great deal of entertainment.

Varied programme surprises guests big and small

Our promoters and hostesses implemented a colourful programme in the best possible way. The TRUST Promotion team was not only responsible for the service & food area. The reliable and reputable promoters and hostesses from TRUST Promotions were entrusted with many other tasks.

On this day, the customers of the furniture stores familiarised themselves with Swedish traditions. Among other things, the professional team showed how to tie the perfect flower wreaths. Table curling, ice cream fight, Midsommar memory game and other stations, which were supervised by the professional team, also provided a lot of fun and enjoyment.

The children loved colouring Swedish animals according to their wishes and ideas. Of course, the highlight was the traditional cow milking. All the promoters and hostesses were very busy on the day, making sure they had fun and were actively involved in the various activities.

Organisation of the Midsommar by TRUST Promotion

TRUST Promotion were not only commissioned to provide the personnel. The team was also responsible for organising the event. Various service providers such as a folklore dance group and DJ were organised. The necessary equipment such as cable bridges, music system, huts, catering equipment and straw bales were also provided.

As part of the IKEA MIDSOMMAR Weeks, which took place from 15 June to 6 July, we presented additional Personnel in the furniture store in Berlin Waltersdorf. Around 45 people provided exciting days, entertainment and variety.
