The ISH in Frankfurt, the world's leading Trade fair for water, heating and air conditioning, is an event that attracts industry experts and trade visitors from all over the world. This year, Vaillant, a leading supplier of heating, ventilation and air-conditioning technology, was once again present and invited trade partners and interested parties to join forces to tackle the challenges facing the heating industry and drive forward the heating transition.
TRUST Promotion had the honor of supporting this special event with a team of 20 language hostesses. With an impressive list of participating countries, including Czech Republic (CZ), Switzerland (CH), China (CN), Portugal (PT), Ukraine (UA), Netherlands (NL), Austria (AT), Greece (GR), United Kingdom (UK), Slovakia (SK) and Belgium (BE), it was of utmost importance that each group was looked after individually and professionally.
The main tasks of our hostesses were:
- Supervision of the assigned groupEach hostess was responsible for a specific group of visitors, ensuring that all participants were well informed and looked after.
- Flawless and smooth logistical processOur hostesses ensured that the schedule was adhered to and that all planned activities and presentations ran smoothly.
- Keeping the group together: It's easy to lose track of things at such a large event. Our hostesses made sure that all participants stayed together and no one was left behind.
- Contact for organizational queriesOur hostesses were always on hand to help visitors with any questions or queries they had and to ensure they got the most out of their visit to the fair.
This year, Vaillant placed a special focus on the heat transition and the need to install 6 million heat pumps by 2030. This corresponds to an impressive market growth of 30 % per year. Under the motto "Come to ISH 2023 - and get started!", Vaillant invited specialist partners to come and see their vision and commitment to a sustainable future for themselves. Vaillant's commitment to environmental protection is particularly noteworthy, as the CO₂ emissions generated during the event were offset by a large number of sustainable projects.
