TRUST Promotion ensured that the NIO e-vehicle presentation ran smoothly from October 6 to 7, 2022
Electromobility is becoming increasingly important in Germany and the demand for environmentally friendly vehicles is growing steadily. The Chinese car manufacturer NIO is also focusing on e-vehicles and presented its latest models at the NIO e-vehicle presentation in Berlin. TRUST Promotion had the task of ensuring that everything ran smoothly.
The BEEFTEA group commissioned TRUST Promotion with the provision of almost 40 people. We were responsible for the bus arrivals and departures as well as the registration of the participants. Our tasks also included looking after the Exhibit & Explore Area, the meeting, organizing the Partner Gathering, the keynote speech, the checkroom and looking after guests in various hotels and train stations.
The presentation of the latest electric vehicles from NIO attracted numerous visitors. One of the highlights was certainly the fastest electric vehicle, which set the new Nürburgring record for electric vehicles. However, other e-vehicles that are to be launched on the market in the future were also presented.
It was important for the guests at the NIO e-vehicle presentation to be able to get to the venue quickly and easily and to feel comfortable during the event. Here TRUST Promotion and ensured that everything ran smoothly. Our staff were always friendly, competent and committed and were on hand to help and advise our guests.
Overall, the NIO e-vehicle presentation was a great success. We are proud to have played our part in making the event a success and look forward to further exciting projects.
