Messe Dortmund specializes in individually tailored public and trade fairs with an international focus. The trade fair program offers more than 50 dates. These also include industry-specific leading trade fairs.
The world's leading events at the Westfalenhallen Dortmund include Jagd & Hund, Boe and the CREATIVA trade fair.
There are a total of 9 exhibition halls on a gross area of around 60,000 m². The sizes vary between 1,800 and 10,000 m².

How to get to the Dortmund trade fair
Arrival via the highway
The Westfalenhallen Dortmund are located directly on the B1, which is connected to the various highways. The A1, A45, A2, A42 and A44 highways provide easy access.
There are signs to the exhibition center on the freeways that you just have to follow.
Arrival by plane
Dortmund Airport is around 13.5 km away from the exhibition grounds. Guests from distant countries have the option of arriving by plane.
continue with the AirExpress bus
There is an AirportExpress bus at Dortmund Airport, which you board. Now only travel in the direction of Dortmund Hauptbahnhof and get off at this stop. Then take the U45 in the direction of Westfalenhalle Dortmund. Allow around 40 minutes for the journey.
Costs for AirportExpress: usually €8.50 per adult and €2 per child
continue by cab to the exhibition grounds
Alternatively, you can also take a cab. It will take you to the Dortmund trade fair center in around 20 minutes.

Arrival by train
Dortmund has an easily accessible main railway station, which is about 4 km from the exhibition grounds. There is also an extra event ticket for the one-way journey at a fixed nationwide price.

Continue with the subway
Once at the station, take the subway in the direction of Westfalenhallen. Get off at the stop of the same name.
Parking at the Dortmund exhibition grounds
There are around 8,800 parking spaces for buses and cars in the immediate vicinity of the Westfalenhallen. In addition, there are several P+R parking spaces in the city area for a relaxed arrival at the exhibition grounds.
Parking lots main entrance
There are two large parking areas, A4 and A5, right next to the main entrance.
Parking spaces north
There are parking lots A3 and A4 at the north entrance, which visitors are welcome to use.
Parking lots West
If you would like to park at the western entrance to the exhibition center, you can park in spaces A1 and A8.
Parking lot and underground garage south
Parking lot A7 is located near the south entrance. There is also the underground parking garage A6.
Parking lot and underground garage Forum
There is a large parking area A3 in the Messe Forum area. Parking is also possible in the underground parking garage A2.
Other parking spaces in the surrounding area
Further parking spaces in the area are available at the TSC-Eintracht and at the Remydamm tram stop.
