Messe Dortmund specialises in individually tailored public and trade fairs with an international focus. The trade fair programme offers more than 50 dates. These also include industry-specific leading trade fairs.
The world's leading events at the Westfalenhallen Dortmund include Jagd & Hund, Boe and the CREATIVA trade fair.
There are a total of 9 exhibition halls on a gross area of around 60,000 m². The sizes vary between 1,800 and 10,000 m².

How to get to the Dortmund trade fair centre
Arrival via the motorway
The Westfalenhallen Dortmund are located directly on the B1, which is connected to the various motorways. The A1, A45, A2, A42 and A44 motorways provide easy access.
There are already signs to the exhibition grounds on the motorways, which you just have to follow.
Travelling by plane
Dortmund Airport is around 13.5 km away from the exhibition centre. Guests from distant countries have the option of travelling by plane.
continue with the AirExpress bus
There is an AirportExpress bus at Dortmund Airport, which you board. Now only travel in the direction of Dortmund Central Station and also get off at this stop. Then take the U45 in the direction of Westfalenhalle Dortmund. Allow around 40 minutes for the journey.
Costs for AirportExpress: usually €8.50 per adult and €2 per child
Continue by taxi to the exhibition centre
Alternatively, you can also take a taxi. You can get to the Dortmund trade fair centre in around 20 minutes.

Travelling by train
Dortmund has an easily accessible main railway station, which is about 4 km from the exhibition centre. There is also an extra event ticket for the one-way journey at a fixed nationwide price.
- One-way journey, 2nd class, with train connection: €54.90
- Single ticket, 1st class, with train connection: €89.90
- Single ticket, 2nd class, without train connection: €74.90
- Single ticket, 1st class, without train connection: €109.90
Continue with the underground
Once at the station, take the underground in the direction of Westfalenhallen. Get off at the stop of the same name.
Parking at the Dortmund exhibition centre
There are around 8,800 parking spaces for buses and cars in the immediate vicinity of the Westfalenhallen. In addition, there are several P+R car parks in the city area for a relaxed arrival at the exhibition centre.
Car park main entrance
There are two large car parks, A4 and A5, right next to the main entrance.
North car park
There are car parks A3 and A4 at the north entrance, which visitors are welcome to use.
Car parks west
If you would like to park at the western entrance to the exhibition centre, you can use the A1 and A8 parking spaces.
Car park and underground car park south
There is car park A7 near the south entrance. There is also the A6 underground car park.
Forum car park and underground car park
There is a large car park A3 in the Messe Forum area. Parking is also possible in the underground car park A2.
Other car parks in the surrounding area
There are further car parks in the vicinity at TSC-Eintracht and at the Remydamm tram stop.
