Messe Stuttgart: Address, arrival, parking, hotels and tips
Germany's tenth-largest trade fair location offers visitors an interesting mix of leading trade fairs, public exhibitions and trade fairs. Messe Stuttgart organises around 70 events from a wide range of sectors every year.
Well-known events at the Stuttgart trade fair centre include the leading trade fair CMT, the world's leading trade fair R+T and the VISION trade fair. However, other events such as Intervitis and Global Connect also take place here.
There is an exhibition area of 120,000 m². There are a total of 10 exhibition halls. There is also the ICS International Congress Centre with 33 rooms for events. Worth mentioning is the outdoor area for open-air events.

How to get to Messe Stuttgart
Arrival via the motorway
The Stuttgart trade fair location is directly connected to the A8 and A81 motorways as well as the B27, making it easy to reach by car.
Please note that the city of Stuttgart is located in the environmental zone and only vehicles with a green sticker are allowed to drive.
Travelling by plane
Due to the trade fairs that attract visitors from all over the world, the connection to the airport is particularly important. The airport terminals are only 200 metres away, meaning that the exhibition grounds can even be reached on foot within a few minutes.
Travelling by train
A climate-friendly journey is also possible. Stuttgart's main railway station is an ICE station and is around 13 km away from Messe Stuttgart. Special Deutsche Bahn event tickets are available from as little as €49.50.
Continue with the S-Bahn
At the station, simply take the S-Bahn S2 or S3 in the direction of Stuttgart Messe. The journey to your destination takes about 30 minutes.
Continue by taxi
Alternatively, you could take a taxi to the exhibition centre. If the traffic situation is good, it will take about 20 kilometres.

Parking at the Stuttgart exhibition centre
Messe Stuttgart offers visitors 6,600 parking spaces directly at the trade fair centre. The neighbouring car parks at the airport can also be used. In total, there are around 15,000 parking spaces in the immediate vicinity.
In addition, there are numerous cheaper P+R car parks on the outskirts of Stuttgart, so that vehicles can also be parked there.
Underground car park east entrance
The underground car park, which even offers a direct connection to the East Entrance, offers 950 parking spaces.

Bosch car park east entrance
The Bosch multi-storey car park with over 4,000 parking spaces for visitors is also located at the East Entrance.

Car park outdoor area entrance west
At the west entrance there are the large car parks P25 and P26, which can accommodate a total of around 2,100 vehicles.

There are around 6,700 additional parking spaces at the airport, which can be used if required. There is a car park guidance system which will direct you if necessary.
