The world of eSports is dynamic, exciting and captivates millions of fans worldwide. One game that has particularly stood out in recent years is Valorant. Developed by Riot Games, it has made a name for itself as a tactical first-person shooter and has built up a passionate fan base. This year, the enthusiasm for the game reached new heights with the Valorant EMEA League, which took place in Berlin from April to June 2023.
The Trade fair in Berlin became the epicenter of eSports as teams from across the EMEA region (Europe, Middle East and Africa) came together to show off their skills in this futuristic shooter. The tension was palpable as teams of five competed against each other in intense matches.
TRUST Promotion was proud to be an integral part of this major event. With 15 people deployed each week over the entire period, this amounted to over 200 person days in total. Our hostesses and hosts were responsible for a variety of tasks, from guest relations and check-in to admission control and seating.
The challenge was huge: thousands of fans flocked to the trade fair to see their favorite teams live in action. The energy and cheering of the fans created an electrifying atmosphere that reverberated throughout the hall. In such an environment, it was of the utmost importance that everything ran smoothly.
And that is exactly what TRUST Promotion ensured. Our employees were not only the face of the event, but also the backbone that ensured that everything went according to plan. With professionalism, commitment and a smile on their faces, they made sure that every guest felt welcome and well looked after.
