Does a proof of use have to be signed?

Of course, the Proof of use must be signed by the responsible supervisor. Depending on the assignment and the action, it must be signed either on the working day or after a working week. The time window in which the time sheets are to be signed is specified in advance. The times are only deemed to have been accepted and can be settled once they have been signed.

Where is a proof of use used?

Proof of employment is not normally required for permanent employees. However, in the temporary employment sector, proof of deployment is common practice. Proof of employment is also required in the area of short-term employment of trade fair and event personnell is required for the final settlement of the campaign.
