Traffic

What is traffic?

Traffic is the number (frequency) of visitors who can be found at a particular campaign location during a campaign or who at least pass by briefly.

How can traffic be measured?

Traffic is very important for organizers and stand owners at trade fairs and events. The traffic of the entire event can be determined, for example, by the number of tickets issued. However, it is difficult to determine the exact Traffic of each trade fair stand. After all, it can happen that some trade fair visitors only go to certain trade fair stands and skip some stands completely. The traffic of a large Trade fair cannot therefore be applied to every single stand. Promoters could contribute to this and, for example, record the visitors to an exhibition stand in a list.

How can traffic be increased?

Several factors are necessary to attract a good number of visitors. First of all, general attention must be drawn to the event, for example by means of posters and advertising on the radio or TV. The individual stands and advertisers on the event site have the opportunity to attract attention through Eyecatcher to become visitor magnets. If a promotional stand is designed in a visually interesting way, it will attract many visitors. But also a Costume promotion by short-term employees in the legally secure employment of a promotion agency is an interesting way to draw attention to a brand or product. Experience has shown that people like to come to a stand where there are giveaways and find out more.
