What are the tasks of Helping Hands?

A Helping Hand supports the trade fair and event staff by optimally supplying the trade fair and promotion stands with appropriate information material and co. Helping Hand is responsible, among other things, for ensuring that the stand is adequately equipped with the following materials:

• Give-aways
• Action materials
• Flyer

They regularly fill the stands and shuttle back and forth between the stand area and the promotion area. The Helping Hand is therefore the helper of the Host/hostesses and sales staff. If materials run out, the promoter or service staff will quickly organise supplies so that interested parties always receive all the important information and giveaways. Thanks to the helping hand, the event employee at the stand saves the time and effort of getting the materials and is always available to answer questions from interested people.
