Under a Helping Hand is understood Service staffwho are responsible for the various tasks during trade fairs and other events.
What are the tasks of Helping Hands?
A Helping Hand supports the Trade fair- The Helping Hand is responsible, among other things, for ensuring that the stand is adequately equipped with the following materials:
- Give-aways
- Action materials
- Flyer
They fill the stands regularly and shuttle back and forth between the display area and the promotion area. The Helping Hand is therefore the helper of the Host/hostesses and the sales staff. If materials are running low, the promoter or service employee quickly organizes supplies so that interested parties always receive all the important information and giveaways. Thanks to the helping hand, the event employee at the stand does not have to fetch the materials and is always available to answer questions from interested people.
