What is mission support?

Which tasks are part of the operational support?

Project managers and head hostesses have a job with great responsibility and must ensure that the event runs smoothly. The event management team is responsible for the following:

• Examination of the Punctuality of the personnel at the site
• Monitoring compliance with working hours and break times
• Achievement of the agreed target
• Recruitment in the event of illness

The operations support team has a lot to do, especially if it is a large project with several employees. Good availability is essential, as it is sometimes necessary to react quickly. This is particularly necessary when staff are unavailable at short notice and other hosts/hostesses or promoters have to be mobilised.
